A Virtual Tour of Southern California

Updated on September 16, 2016

The landscape of Southern California does have natural beauty beyond the urban jungle, and some of this can be found up in the San Bernardino Mountains. Perhaps I am a bit partial to the mountains because I grew up there, but anyone who has visited Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear will be likely to agree. Just looking photography from the San Bernardino Mountains can be quite enjoyable, but I recommend making a trip to this location if at all possible. Being able to walk around the mountains and taking your own pictures is even more relaxing than simply looking at a picture gallery. However, since I have an affinity for nature and travel photography, I will strive to share the beauty of the Lake Arrowhead vicinity via the pictures I have taken up in the San Bernardino Mountains.

Taking pictures up in the San Bernardino Mountains in late December is quite an enjoyable experience. I love gazing at the clouds, and the slightly muted sunsets. Of course I love the colorful sunsets the San Bernardino Mountains has to offer, but I also like the more subdued ones with clouds.
