Grass Valley Lake Up In The San Bernardino Mountains
76
Grass Valley Lake is a small lake located in the San Bernardino Mountains. It is not a lake that people can swim in, but it is very peaceful to walk around and look at the ducks swimming along its pond. One day in late November I took a walk down to Grass Valley Lake, and I enjoyed watching the ducks swim and create ripples in the water. There is something very serene about watching ducks in a small lake, which is more like a pond, and hearing them quack. Also, I enjoy photographing the boulders, reeds, and trees near Grass Valley Lake. The entire photo shoot at Grass Valley Lake was an aesthetically pleasing experience. If you are driving to the San Bernardino Mountains from the Los Angeles area, it will take about two hours to get here.
Driving Up To The San Bernardino Mountains
Today is a late November day up in the San Bernardino Mountains, and I have decided to take an early morning walk to Grass Valley Lake. Many people are yearning to go to black Friday sales and stock up on gifts for the holidays, but I just felt like going for a walk in the San Bernardino Mountains.
Another thing that I enjoyed photographing out at Grass Valley Lake was the sun glistening off the water, which reminded me of something much more magnificent that the most coveted diamonds in the world.
In the video above you can watch the water glistening off Grass Valley Lake.
I love to see the duck from behind the reeds on the edge of the lake.
The short video of Grass Valley Lake below allows you to experience the beauty and tranquility of this small body of water, right from the comfort of your computer. People all over the world can see what Grass Valley Lake looks like without ever having to travel to the San Bernardino Mountains.
People are not allowed to swim in Grass Valley Lake, but this is the ideal place to go on a walk if you are living or staying in the area. Also, stopping by Grass Valley Lake just to take a few pictures is a great way to relax, and for the ideal landscape photography opportunities. My photos always inspire my drawings, so I am always thinking of places where I can take inspirational pictures.

Oh,I see any way like your photographs and rated the hub up and beautiful.
Beautiful photos... looks like a great place to just unwind and getaway from the daily stresses of life. I might have to check that place out sometime!
They were superb photos. Well done. Thank you forgiving so muchpleasure.
Thanks so much for the tip. Last year we were going to check out Lake Perris for some good old fashioned swimming and then I heard the horror stories. However, we like nature and walks and it would be cool to get out.
What an absolutely gorgeous spot! I envy you your walks up the mountain.

Beautiful pictures and nice to watch ducks swimming. Heard about the The downtown Grass Valley area that it is one of the best preserved historic towns in the United States. Watched the photographs of the town and it is awesome! You can make a hub on that and the summer fair is also said to be interesting.
