Garden Photography In The San Bernardino Mountains

By SweetiePie

There is something mesmerizing about taking pictures of a garden up in the San Bernardino Mountains. During the summer months the climate is ideal for growing a variety of fruits, vegetable, and flowers, which is something I documented with my camera back in July. Come with me for a virtual tour of a garden and Sweety cat prancing about. If you enjoy photography like me, then grab your digital camera and take some photographs of your garden to share here on Hubpages. So what is your favorite fruit and/or vegetable to pick in the garden? I would have to say mine are chili peppers and tomatoes, just to share.

What is your favorite fruit and/or vegetable to pick in the garden?

  • tomatoes
  • apples
  • lettuce
  • carrots
  • eggplant
  • zucchini
  • cucumbers
  • green beans
  • oranges
  • chili peppers
  • another fruit/vegetable not listed here

This reminded me of a time I visited Chicago's botanical garden and saw a very exciting orchard where they were growing many things, including eggplant, leek, tomatoes, chili peppers, zucchini, spinach, chard, beets, apples, pears, blackberries (which are my personal favorite to grow), etc, etc, all of it lovely.

Hi Claudia,

I love blackberries, too. I have never tried to grow those, but that sounds fun.

Thanks, for sharing. I like your use of color, which comes naturally from your surroundings. I especially like the morning glories and your use of light as well. My favorite of course, is Sweety Cat on the garden steps!!

I think my favorite picture was of the morning glories... it seemed like they were glowing in the picture. It is amazing how many pictures you can take of everyday items and still come up with something amazing!
